AUTUMN JORGENSON

- Bachelors in Exercise Science from Boise State University

- Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA

I moved to Boise in 2003 and fell in love with it instantly. I love to play soccer both indoor and outdoor. I have recently in the last couple of years completed 2 Marathons, 4 Half Marathons, and many other smaller races. I have been training clients for over 5 years in many environments including; bootcamps, partner training, one on one, and small group classes. I've worked with a variety of different people from those with special needs to triathletes, from 12 to 75, to those who love the gym to those who have never set foot in a gym, and everything in between.

My goal is to help you reach your goal. I don't believe that I'm the one who has made you thinner, made you stronger, made you faster, or made you be able to do those things you want do. You are the only one that can do that for yourself, I'm just there help you, push you, and to make you reach deep down inside when you think you had enough and do 2 more. I'm that other little voice in your head that says "Oh YES YOU CAN!" That is how you reach those goals. Everyday is a challenge and I want to help you make everyday is a success.

BRANDEE KEDDINGTON

- Certified Boot Camp Trainer

- Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

My name is Brandee Keddington. I first started training after having a baby and realizing that baby weight isn't easy to lose. I started training military style to lose the baby weight and fell in love with fast paced, hard core training because my results were so amazing. I first certified as a Boot Camp trainer, with my clients training very intensely 5 days a week in a small group setting.

I enjoy staying in shape and keeping active (mostly to keep up with my three young kids, and unbelievably fit husband). I have competed in "figure" body building, and enjoy challenging myself with always changing fitness and athletic goals. My favorite part about my job is helping people reach their goals. I am really big on nutrition and enjoy helping my clients not only with their exercise, but nutrition as well.

CHASE TOMSETH

- B.S. in Exercise Science, Fitness Evaluation and Programming Emphasis, Boise State University, 2010

- B.A. in Business Administration, University of Hawaii; Hilo, 2009

- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

- CPR/AED certified by American Heart Association

- Lifeguard/First Aid certified by Red Cross

I grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho playing all types of sports from soccer to baseball, snowboarding to skateboarding and everything in between. It wasn't until I moved to Hawaii in 2005 where I really began to develop a relationship with physical fitness.

While living in Hawaii I had the opportunity to train with UFC fighter BJ Penn at his academy learning boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I learned what it takes to train at the top level and what sacrifices people take to achieve optimal fitness.

After graduating from the University of Hawaii, with a degree in Business Administration in 2009, I moved back to Idaho to finish my degree in Exercise Science at Boise State.

My training philosophy is simple and the workouts are complex! I will work you out from head to toe, front to back, left to right and everywhere in-between. I incorporate functional training with traditional weight training. I throw in some good old fashioned bodybuilding techniques, and then toss that around with some athletic based performance training. Every individual’s workout is different and I make the intensity difficult but not impossible.

I am a former college and professional athlete. I played football at the College of Idaho and after graduating I played professionally in the German Football League. I have a passion for football and helping youth athletes develop and grow to meet their potential. In the fall of 2020 I had the opportunity to combine both of my passions and was the Defensive Coordinator for the Lowell Scott Middle School football team helping them to their best season in five years. In 2021 I will be the defensive coordinator for the Centennial High School Freshman football team.

As a trainer I specialize in Functional Fitness and Sports Performance. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. I will work with you on setting goals and getting a breakdown of who you are and what you need to succeed. I have an infectious personality and believe that working out should be fun and intense at the same time. Let’s work together to be the best that we can be.
